Asa Campbell

Asa grew up in Athens, GA and moved to Statesboro to get his degree in music education at Georgia Southern. Over the last 5 years he has taught at 8 different schools and is currently going into year 3 as the percussion director at Metter High School where they have earned superior ratings at every contest and multiple best in class awards.

Asa is also the Front Ensemble Coordinator for Vanta Percussion’s inaugural season as well as a percussion instructor with the Southern Pride Marching Band. His marching back ground includes 4 years at Clarke Central High School, 2 years of Southern Pride Marching Band, and Civitas independent indoor drumline.
